The article gives an account on a research project where agents were used in conversational UI:s (e.g. a real estate service) to enable a trust relation between the user and the agent/service. This was mostly done by using gestures and small-talk. fairly simple algoritms were used with good results.

It helps undergraduates and postgraduates. People studying for PhDs or in postdoctoral (postdoc) positions.
The service is similar in scope to EndNote or RefWorks or any other reference manager
like BibTeX, but it is a social bookmarking service for scientists and humanities researchers.
