Output style function

What about an output style function? When I collect refs in Endnote I don't worry about how the publisher has decided to format their entry as I can adjust it automatically by changing the output style. However, in citeulike I have just imported a batch of files (RIS)and the titles are not uniform (i.e. some are capitalised, others not). I am now looking at the frightening prospect of adjusting each manually (!) Citeulike is great and I am a huge fan, but unless it gets some user friendly batch-editing functions it will lose out to other ref managers like zotero and mendeley...

CiteULike organises scholarly (or academic) papers or literature and provides bibliographic (which means it makes bibliographies) for universities and higher education establishments. It helps undergraduates and postgraduates. People studying for PhDs or in postdoctoral (postdoc) positions. The service is similar in scope to EndNote or RefWorks or any other reference manager like BibTeX, but it is a social bookmarking service for scientists and humanities researchers.
