What I do

e-collaboration solutions and change-coaching in the area of knowledge-provide systems and their application in (cooperatively) solving (or addressing during early programme phases) "real world" "problem messes" in multi-level socio-technical landscapes. Interactions typically involve persons (pico agents), firms (micro agents), industry or sector organizations (meso-agents), and government agencies (macro agents).

Focus on absorptive capacity of smallholders and users, collective regulative bundle, Society/industry/business/person-IT alignment supported by multi-level enterprise architectures. Approaches to poly-centric governance in stratified eco-systems.
