I'm working in Benedicte Dargent's team in Marseille, France. We study sodium channels and other proteins that are targeted to the Axonal Initial Segment (AIS) in neurons.

My resarch domain is the cell biology of the neuron. I'm interested in trafficking and targeting of membrane proteins in neurons. I mostly use hippocampal neuronal cultures. I'm using live-cell imaging and am interested in microscopy techniques such as confocal, 3D widefield, or TIRF microsocpy.
