X Abstract

This is an extended version of a section I wrote for the JISC review, July 2006: Tudhope, D., Koch, T. and Heery, R. (2006). Terminology Services and Technology. JISC state of the art review. 96pp. http://www.ukoln.ac.uk/terminology/JISC-review2006.html It resulted in the project call topic "Pilot national name and factual authority service as shared infrastructure". I expect the text to be further adapted for the purposes of the Knowledge Exchange Author Identification effort.
