The primary purpose of this publication is to provide guidance on ensuring effective transition from Connexions services to adult Information and Advice (IA) services when young people reach the age of 20 (25 for young people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities). It also provides examples that illustrate how Connexions partnerships and IA providers can work together on a range of issues to avoid duplication and ensure value for money from available resources.Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) providers to produce this “Working Together” publication. It was first published in April 2003 and has been updated to reflect new arrangements and development work within Connexions partnerships and Information and Advice services for adults.
