Abstract

We solve an open problem that asks whether the sum of $L1$ influences of bounded polynomial is polynomially upperbouned in the degree of the polynomial. We answer that affirmatively. We also give application for this theorem for maximal deviation of cut-value of graphs and give lower bound for quantum query complexity in terms of the sum of $L1$ influences.
