X Abstract

Aim of the book is to give a complete over view of the classical electromagnetic theory together with detailed insight in modern numerical methods for analysis of the problems in electromagnetics. Classical electromagnetic theory was developed in the 19th century but due to wide range of applications from electrical apparatus such as motors or heaters to telecommunications this subject is still very interesting. This book explains basic postulates and laws of the theory and its specialisation to static and time-dependent problems. Special attention is given to utilisation of computers in application of the modern numerical methods to solution of electromagnetic field problems.

CiteULike organises scholarly (or academic) papers or literature and provides bibliographic (which means it makes bibliographies) for universities and higher education establishments. It helps undergraduates and postgraduates. People studying for PhDs or in postdoctoral (postdoc) positions. The service is similar in scope to EndNote or RefWorks or any other reference manager like BibTeX, but it is a social bookmarking service for scientists and humanities researchers.
