AbstractThis article provides an overview of the use of tag clouds to represent textual content. A tag cloud is a visual representation of textual content that uses size and color to indicate word frequency. Several examples of tag clouds are shown and the advantages and disadvantages of using them to summarize textual data for website design are discussed.
