X Abstract

The toxicologically important peroxidase substrates bilirubin and aminopyrine can be determined by combination of immobilized glucose oxidase, horseradish peroxidase and catalase, forming so-called enzyme sequence and enzyme competition electrodes. Bilirubin and aminopyrine are determined in the concentration range 5-50 [mu]M.
