In all derivations, the finite population is treated as a sample from an infinite population. The regression coefficients are shown to be asymptotically normal, given mild assumptions. Relatively simple expressions for the covariance matrix of the regression coefficients are presented. Procedures for estimating the structural parameters in the presence of response error are presented.
