Regarding having a UCD practice in a large organization.

mentions creating virtual hub for UCD community with newsletter, website, a council, etc.

also serving the org by creating UCD process standards - to reconcile the different groups and give a common language to the UCD group.

Also create a UCD scorecard to use in the standard process to communicate results of UCD activities and align the UCD group with the corporate goals.
