Abstract

The electrocatalytic oxidation of NADH at suitable electrode surfaces is of fundamental interest for the development of dehydrogenase-based enzyme electrodes. Copolymers of 3-(N-pyrrolo)-2,5,6-trichloro-1,4-benzoquinone or higher pyrrole-substituted chloranil derivatives with pyrrole and graphite/mediator electrodes with insolubilized phenazine and phenoxazine salts are investigated with respect to their electrocatalytic properties for the oxidation of NADH, their long-term operation stability, and the application in flow-injection systems with enzyme columns or in enzyme electrodes with immobilized dehydrogenases.

CiteULike organises scholarly (or academic) papers or literature and provides bibliographic (which means it makes bibliographies) for universities and higher education establishments. It helps undergraduates and postgraduates. People studying for PhDs or in postdoctoral (postdoc) positions. The service is similar in scope to EndNote or RefWorks or any other reference manager like BibTeX, but it is a social bookmarking service for scientists and humanities researchers.
