AbstractDrosophila displays robust olfactory learning. In this issue of Neuron, Davis and colleagues use optical imaging to demonstrate that olfactory conditioning alters odor representations among the glomeruli of the fly antennal lobe. New synaptic activity is recruited into the representation of an odor and is localized to projection neurons (PNs).
