Abstract

Sometimes a psychosis, a dissociative pseudo?psychosis or a delirium ? especially when overlapping ? are not diagnosed as aetiologically separate entities in clinical situations. All may be named ?psychosis? or even schizophrenia. Such a practice may give serious consequences for the treatment. The observations in this paper will hopefully act as an invitation for other colleagues? commentaries.
