Artebrant and Schroll give conservative 3rd-order (single logarithmic) and 5th-order (double logarithmic) logarithmic reconstructions of boundary fluxes. This is the first of what seems a 2-part group, the second of which focusses on a 3rd-order double logarithmic reconstruction.
