Abstract

The density, viscosity, and speed of sound corresponding to the N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) + ethanolamine (MEA) + water ternary mixture were measured over the entire composition range, at different values of temperatures from (293.15 to 323.15) K, and at a pressure of 105 Pa. From experimental data of density and speed of sound, the isentropic compressibility, excess molar volume, and isentropic compressibility deviation were calculated. Besides, the excess molar volume and isentropic compressibility deviation were fitted using a Redlich?Kister-type polynomial equation.
