AbstractThe Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003 directed the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to study the effects of credit scoring on credit and insurance markets and to report their findings to the Congress. The Board's report covers credit markets; the FTC has issued a separate report covering insurance.
