The Web 2.0 based Internet technology empowers computer end-users to customize their user experiences comparatively more effectively and share information in more efficient and collaborative way. Web 2.0 technology is supported by a range of future generation web based technologies that can exploit user-generated content in a more sophisticated and powerful way. The phenomena of social networking tools shows how Web 2.0 innovation can enable more dynamic and collaborative communication, interaction, and knowledge than earlier. All of these tools share the ability to customize layout, quickly and dynamically change view and personalize content online. Web 2.0 communities can be used for new product feedback, shortening the product development time, and targeting valuable marketing resources. Web 2.0 technologies are showing the potential to enhance the usability of core enterprise application.
