Abstract

Studied 3 dimensions of role taking (perceptual, cognitive, and affective) and 2 dimensions of moral judgment (intentionality and restitution) in 34 kindergartners and 38 2nd graders. Results show that there was a significant correlation between moral judgment and role taking and indicate the need for precise definitions of these concepts and the use of common instruments if research in this area is to make any progress.
